I had an amazing stay at this hotel and resort. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Although there was initial reluctance by the staff to allow me to swim in my burkini, I eventually managed to enjoy a refreshing swim. The hotel's location was also convenient, and the food served in the restaurant was great. The staff were friendly and kind, and the cleanliness of the room exceeded our expectations. The pool facilities were fantastic, with separate pools for both adults and children. It was great to have options for different age groups. the buffet at the hotel was absolutely amazing. There was a wide variety of delicious food that catered to all tastes and preferences. the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that we had a pleasant stay.
The air conditioning in the room was freezing and despite calling the technicians multiple times, we couldn't get it adjusted properly. It was disappointing to be charged for a small bucket of ice from room service.

The weight machines at the gym need to be replaced. Although the staff is friendly and helpful, there seemed to be a slight delay in service.
